Cloverleaf Manor underwent a major upgrade in fire safety by installing a fire sprinkler system a few years back and later year with a fire pump as well as local water tank to boost water volume and pressure in case of fire. The challenge for this project is coordination with multiple stakeholders from the local municipality, provincial government, housing management body, general contractors, sub-trades, and multi-disciplinary engineering consultants. The estimated completion of the entire fire protection system is in 2023.
