Problem/Objective: The project required practical engineering support for a food-service tenant in a shopping-mall setting while keeping the scope aligned with the available drawings, site information, and code or authority requirements.
Method/Process: Reviewed available project drawings and submittal documentation to determine the project scope and supporting evidence.
Result/Impact: Delivered coordinated mechanical and electrical engineering review so the project team had usable documentation for permitting, construction, or closeout.
Reflection: MNA learned from Crepe Works that food-service tenant work in a mall setting benefits from early coordination of electrical panels, mechanical loads, ventilation needs, and landlord constraints so permit and construction questions can be closed with less rework.
