Description: Samosa House review was a existing facility assessment assignment for SAD for a building project in the project site. The work focused on turning available project information into a clear, coordinated engineering deliverable that could support review, permitting, construction, or closeout needs.
Problem/Objective: The project required practical engineering support for a building project while keeping the scope aligned with the available drawings, site information, and code or authority requirements.
Method/Process: MNA reviewed the project documents, identified the applicable service scope, coordinated the relevant discipline inputs, and prepared the deliverable around the confirmed building use, location, and project constraints.
Result/Impact: Completed the facility assessment or plan review so the client had a clearer record of existing conditions, constraints, and required next steps.
Reflection: MNA learned from Samosa House review that even small scopes benefit from making assumptions, site constraints, and compliance evidence explicit; the project reinforced the value of turning limited source information into clear decisions, coordinated documentation, and practical next steps for the client.
