Reflection: MNA learned from Perma Deck, Hat EV, ITC Underwoods structural inspection that mechanical consulting at 20 Reviewed only as to the effect on the base st works best when equipment capacity, ventilation paths, and site constraints are reconciled early; that upfront coordination makes the final design easier to permit, build, and maintain.
