Cloverleaf Manor underwent extensive fire safety upgrade that includes fire sprinkler and fire pump as well as outdoor water tank as local supply in case of fire reducing dependency to the village community water supply. The 5000 gallon water tank is supported with screw piles and structural steel platform to lift it 3 feet above ground. The structure is situated above the underground waterline and utility line which require line locator as well as hydrovac to pinpoint the exact utility location.
