Problem/Objective: The project required practical engineering support for a building project while keeping the scope aligned with the available drawings, site information, and code or authority requirements.
Method/Process: MNA reviewed the project documents, identified the applicable service scope, coordinated the relevant discipline inputs, and prepared the deliverable around the confirmed building use, location, and project constraints.
Result/Impact: Confirmed the fire alarm and life-safety scope was reviewed, tested, or documented so the client had a clearer basis for verification, inspection, or closeout.
Reflection: MNA learned from Manchester Elevator Tie that work in a residential tower benefits from clear device/elevator-interface coordination, documented assumptions, and early alignment with the client or AHJ so closeout can proceed without avoidable rework.
