Foundation Building

Foundation Building

Description: Foundation Building was a structural consulting assignment for PAN for a building project in the project site. The work focused on turning available project information into a clear, coordinated engineering deliverable that could support review, permitting, construction, or closeout needs.

Problem/Objective: The project required practical engineering support for a building project while keeping the scope aligned with the available drawings, site information, and code or authority requirements.

Method/Process: MNA reviewed the project documents, identified the applicable service scope, coordinated the relevant discipline inputs, and prepared the deliverable around the confirmed building use, location, and project constraints.

Result/Impact: Delivered structural engineering review for the documented scope, supporting permit, construction, or closeout requirements.

Reflection: MNA learned from Foundation Building that structural work requires practical alignment between existing conditions, client intent, and review requirements; the earlier those constraints are documented, the easier it is to produce a buildable recommendation.
