MNA Engineers were tasked to conduct fire safety assessment to over 230 senior home buildings located in Alberta province-wide in 5 regions and over 60 management bodies. All within less than 6 months. The goal of this project is to assess the existing building condition and produce a report to the government of Alberta to assist with capital planning of fire safety upgrades. We streamline the process by involving local building manager and caretaker interviews by online form and google drive space to accept all related drawings and inspection reports. If more information required we asked for specific photos, phone conversation and site visit if necessary. We then analyze the information for validity and consistency to produce individual building reports and spreadsheets summarizing all buildings upgrade needs.
