Bid Tender Case Study

MNA tender support services was asked to be part of the internal management team of e4c to assist in preparing RFP for contractors to bid for their buildings maintenance routines. Initial discussion includes collaboration with the legal and management team as well as conducting market research of similar projects and potential bidder profile. The RFP request was then uploaded to our Bids and Tenders account. We manage the Q&A, addendum and report the submitted bids to our client.
